TaxonomyPenaeaceae is a closely related clade to Oliniaceae, Rhynchocalycaceae, Alzateaceae and Crypteroniaceae. It is one monophyletic clade in the Apg3 classification.
Alzateaceae: Alzatea verticillata; tree; Central America.
Crypteroniaceae: Axinandra, Crypteronia, Dactylocladus; trees; 10 species; Indomalaya.
Oliniaceae: Olinia; small trees; Africa.
Penaeaceae: Brachysiphon, Endonema, Glischrocolla, Olinia, Saltera, Sonderothamnus, Stylapterus.
Rhynchocalycaceae: Rhynchocalyx lawsonioides; South Africa.
In the Plant theory they are treated as one family and placed tentatively in Subphase 7. There is no knowledge about these remedies in homeopathy.
