Calcarea fluorata is found in nature in the form of a stone called 'fluorite'. It was used in China to calm down nervous and anxious people. Homoeopathically it is quite well known. The fear of poverty is one of its confirmatory symptoms. Sankaran says that it is the remedy for people who are afraid to lose all their money in times of recession, and who therefore stash it all away.
