General
Sleep: snoring.
Body
Energy: debility, weakness, muscular vigour deficient, would fall down.
Nervous: violent convulsions, convulsive and at intervals very short respiration with fear of suffocation.
Head: heavy forehead, drawn backward; congestion, gorged, vessels of brain, general effusion, hemispheres, dura mater.
Eyes: weight; brilliancy, without mental expression; drawn to left side.
Nose: white and cold.
Face: dark red; pale.
Mouth: dark red palate.
Throat: diphtheria; tonsillitis, swollen, deep dark glossy redness; sharp shooting, lancinating pains, < swallowing; burning heat, larynx; swallowing impossible; jerky, hesitant stuttering speech.
Lungs: cough; short, panting respiration; suffocative attacks; difficult breathing.
Heart: venous system gorged with dark liquid blood.
Chest: sore, extending down to stomach; stitches and pains come and go just under the left nipple, deep in the chest, < respiration.
Stomach: vomiting, undigested food and bile.
Abdomen: colicky pains, which distended like a balloon.
Rectum: involuntary stool.
Urinary: involuntary urination.
Limbs: cold; completely lax and fall lifeless when lifted; cannot stand on legs; weight.
Skin: blue, bluish red, scrotum, greenish yellow; cold, clammy, pale or blue.
