General
Weather: chilly
Sweat: cold, clammy, < night.
Desire: meat, pickles, radishes, turnips, artichokes, coarse food; food, gnawing, canine hunger.
Body
General: scurvy, catarrh, inflammation, stimulant.
Energy: prostration; wants to lie down all the time.
Fever: cold shivering, as if blood were ice-water.
Head: light-headed, tipsy.
Eyes: ophthalmic trouble, snow blindness resulting in whitening of the affected pupil, persistent haziness.
Throat: trouble.
Lungs: respiration laboured; right lung feels small and hard; dry cough, heavy breathing, whooping cough, asthma.
Heart: palpitation; pulse laboured, < flatulence.
Stomach: catarrh; burning and distension; faint at epigastrium.
Abdomen: burning and distension; flatulence; liver torpid, feels small and hard.
Rectum: constipation, with burning; stool with blood, melaena.
Urinary: urine scanty, nephritic cases, gravel.
Genital: gonorrhoea.
Female: uterine displacement, < defective nutrition; uterus soft and feeble, sore, fundus, > pressure.
Back: chills run down, as cold water, cloth between shoulders.
Limbs: swollen and sick; obstinate rheumatic affections, pains and rheumatic swellings of the joints; pain in right shoulder.
Skin: boils, abscesses, cuts, wounds.
