The best known remedy of Piperaceae is Piper methysticum. It is known for its desire for diversion and occupation. They want to have fun, a typical Phase 5 quality. And that in contrast with their feeling of boredom, which is a Phase 6 quality that all Piperaceae have. Macropiperoideae are very enthusiastic and vivacious, although moderated by the feeling of boredom.
This state comes from a situation where they are at one hand stimulated and at the other neglected. One parent can be enthusiastic and the other is absent or even abusive. At one hand there is stimulation en joy and at the other hand there is depression and cynicism.
