General
Sensation: prickling itching all over the body as if from prickly heat.
Weather: < cold air, < damp weather; deadly chill without shivering but overpowering the system.
Time: < evening, < sunset.
Sweat: profuse; cold on forehead.
Desire: drinks, great thirst.
Aversion: food, loss of appetite.
Food: < warm food, < alcohol.
Sleep: restless; overwhelming drowsiness.
Physical: < movement; << snake bites; blood poisoning.
Body
Energy: profound prostration.
Infection: typhoid; influenza.
Nervous: coma.
Vertigo: overwhelming, drowsy, + nausea, + stupor; especially between eyebrows.
Head: headache, sickening, dizzy, distressing, dull, with nausea; fullness in base of occiput and forehead, < shaking head, < motion.
Eyes: weak, sore, < closing eyes; cannot keep eyes open; spasmodic closure of lids.
Nose: dry; full, < wet hot weather, with prostration.
Mouth: taste mercurial; thick saliva; tongue white, paralysed; teeth decaying.
Throat: dry, burning.
Mouth: tongue white and paralysed.
Lungs: paralysed; breathing laboured, slow, superficial, almost ceases; respiratory paralysis, with poisoning with carbonic acid gas, vomiting and coma.
Heart: feels paralysed, distressed; heartbeat almost imperceptible, like boom of a drum.
Chest: tight, oppression and labouring.
Stomach: sinking; nausea, < vertigo.
Urinary: increased secretion of urine.
Back: weakness in lumbar region accompanied with great languor.
Limbs: weary, weak, legs, knees appear to collapse under weight of body.
Skin: boils; prickling itching all over body like prickly heat, lichen tropicus.
