Introduction
The situation is that of being bound by their mother. They feel they have to be thankful to their mother, being ready for her and doing much. It does not come from their heart, tough, because it interferes with their own life. Their mother is often too demanding, never having enough attention, always clinging and needy, so they feel torn between their own life and that of being the good child helping their mother.
It leads to a state of depression and guilt because whatever they do it will not be good. Either they follow their own life or that of their mother.
The story of the Sleeping Beauty has similar aspects: the sleeping beauty is hurt during her work and stops living her life.
