Kalium arsenicosum
Nights are filled with suffering. Aversion to open air. Palpitation; with nephritis. Burning, in throat, aching in stomach, etc. Passes much gas, then diarrhoea. Black leg ulcer, running bloody, foul water; with cutting, burning, itching and dyspnoea. Chilly and sensitive to cold. Can't get too warm, even in summer.
Region: Cardio-vascular system.
Worse: Touch; Noise; Cold feet; 1-3 A;M.
Better: Rainy days.
