Content: linoleic acid, stearin, palmitin, myristin, arachinacid, curcin, curcas oil, magnesium.
Mind
Anxiety from burning in stomach, writhes about in bed with pain.
Dream: angry conversation during the day before.
Ill-humour.
Ecstatic.
Pretends to be good.
Tries to weaken other’s minds and induce doubts in order to become their guide and leader.
General
Weather: > hands in cold water; < in open air.
Time: < morning, 7 pm; < summer.
Desire: lemonade; drinks, violent unquenchable thirst.
Food: < drinks.
Physical: < covering; < touch, pressure; < walking.
Body
Energy: prostration.
Nervous: stupefaction with yawning and nausea; syncope, collapse.
Vertigo: giddiness which followed by unconsciousness and delirium.
Head: hot, heavy; headache, violent, pressing, temples, + nausea and vomiting < in room, >> in open air; stiff forehead.
Eyes: lids: itching, smarting, inflammation; twitching of left upper lid; vision bright sand dark spots, black points.
Mouth: hot, burning, scalded, dry; metallic bloody taste; ulcer; saliva increased, thin, spitting; tongue pain, burning, numb.
Throat: dry, burning, acrid, spasmodic, ascending from stomach.
Lungs: painful pressure right side of larynx at night, waking him, = touch; cough: hollow, short, hacking, persistent; respiration quick, panting, difficult.
Heart: violent palpitation, shaking the chest, << moving slowly; pulse: irregular, small thready intermittent, slow.
Stomach: hot, burning, nausea < drinking; vomiting easy, albumen, white, gelatinous, thick, large mass of dark green bile; pain cramping, constrictive in the epigastrium; hiccough followed by copious vomiting.
Abdomen: distended, swollen, pain deep lancinating, stinging, sore to touch, colic, hypochondria, behind the navel; rumbling, gurgling of water noises; tympanites; as if balls were rolling together.
Rectum: diarrhoea sudden, gushing, painless + coldness, cramps, cholera; stools watery, mushy like a torrent, rice water; constipation; stitches in anus and rectum; worms, lumbrici, threadworms.
Urinary: urine suppressed.
Female: conception difficult.
Limbs: contractions, violent spasms; cramps in muscles, especially calves, legs and feet; griping cutting pains; heels sensitive.
Skin: irritation, pimples on wrist, back of hand, cheek, back of neck, bend of right thigh. Itching between fingers in palms, between; toes in bed at night, first worse then better by rubbing; coldness, icy, whole body, lower limbs. Heat > throwing off covers and lying on ground.
