4.7.4 Manganum phosphoricum, Case 2A woman has problems with her joints, her right thumb and her knee [Manganum] get locked, ever since her right foot had to be amputated following an accident.
She has problems with her voice [Manganum], mucus in her throat, sinusitis, headache after studying [Phosphorus] and numbness of her hands. She was brought up in a strict religious family with very high ideals [Iron series]. She likes to take care of things, arrange things for other people. She was never allowed to reveal her own problems. She wanted to become a nurse, had a teaching job for a while [Manganum] and now works for social [Phosphorus] services [Manganum].
She wanted to do more than caring for others [Muriaticum], she also wanted to communicate[Phosphorus] with them. She worries [Manganum] about her sister [Phosphorus] who is ill.
She often wonders ‘how she can talk [Phosphorus] with other people without being a burden [Manganum] to them’. She wants to be able to hide her handicap.
