TaxonomyIn the Apg3 classification Garryaceae is placed in the Order Garryales, in Lamiidae, together with Eucommiaceae.
In the Plant theory Garryaceae and Eucommiaceae are taken together as Garryaceae and placed in the Order Cornales, in Lamiidae. In effect Cornales and Garryales are fused and named Cornales. This is a tentative action as nothing is known about Garryaceae in homeopathy. Garryaceae is placed tentatively in Subphase 2.
