Hypoxis hemerocallidea A 67-year-old man had problems since a brain tumor operation; his balance is problematic, one eye is blind, and his hearing is minimal. He is anxious and worried about himself, his wife, and his children. He has been home for years due to PTSD and hadn't slept well for years (with medication for a few hours a night). His sleep and well-being have improved after taking
Silene dioica (Silene alba improved things, as did Polyporus pinata). His childhood was turbulent; both parents were victims of war and persecution, and there was beating, deceit, quarrels, and hysteria. He has always suppressed his anger and hatred. His prostate problems remain, and bleeding during ejaculation makes him very anxious. Things are better without sex, but that is very difficult. Sometimes there is light bleeding during urination too. The year before, he had heart fibrillation, which panicked him, but now he can do without medication. The doctors can't reassure him; everything he feels reminds him of the tumor in his head, the threatening of death. He's pleased with the progress, but remains worried. He continues to feel his heart beating, and he still experiences regular prostate bleeding. He also now reports "tension in the pelvic area." Since stopping statins and blood thinners, his blood pressure has normalized. His urine is coming out slowly, and he has to urinate two to four times a night. He's worried about his children; they work with aggressive patients. It makes him melancholic: "I did it wrong." He wasn't an easy father, but he wanted to protect them. Gloomy weather makes him feel down; like nature. He feels the tension in his pelvis when urinating.
AnalysisHe's made progress, but there's still a lot of tension in his body. What is his focus: women and children, sexuality.
Liliidae: silicon series, woman and children as a theme, tension in the head and pelvis.
Phase 7: Parental violence, his wartime past, his parents, PTSD.
Phase 1: Anxiety.
The story of his parents and his own war-history point to a possible indication of the
Solanaceae, especially the
Phase 1 Daturoideae. The combination
Phase 7 1 fits with ‘to much’, ‘can’t handle it’ and ‘want out of it’ - the
Phase 7 component - and the panic, unconnected of unrooted being of
Phase 1.
Q-search with the search word "prostate" within
Series 33 yields the option
Hypoxidaceae.
This family was chosen based on the Phase and Subphase. That time just specimen was available.
Prescription:
Hypoxis hemerocallidea C12.
Follow-upFalling asleep is going even better now. He has developed a rash around his genitals, which he had before. There is less frequent bleeding and less blood than before during the first weeks, after that is disappears. He has to urinate more often during the day, and now only once at night. He hasn't felt this good in years and takes long walks. And he dares and can now cycle again. His balance is better. A lot of emotion surfaced, so much hate on his parents, "they were so bad." But now it no longer stresses him out. He is no longer dependent of his wife. There are still worries about his wife and children, but now he can handle it better. Half year later he is still ok.
Stage: possibly
Stage 7, the same as
Silene dioica. He always is trying for his recovering (and before to live with his traumas), but there is no solution.
Stage 15, the bleeding, the anxiety.
Stage 12, the tumor, the war.
