Cornus florida A 16-year-old girl, with great vivacity, she is openhearted, has long and curling hair, and very loyal to her mam, often look at the mother at consultation. She is growing fast the last 2 months it made her very tired, very pale for a while, and falling asleep during the day. Her life changed, she has a boyfriend, the fights with her mother are less, and she has to cry regularly now. It is very hard to explain her emotions, but she is not feeling well and sleeps restlessly, and very variable in mood. This year at school she has to choose, she can't figure it out. Just crying fits, lots of headaches, right vertex, after school and in the evening. She is incredibly tired. She don't know which way she want to at school, she is hesitating between two choices, very different things: teaching at school (like her mother and brother), or beautician, which is in another city and she is looking forward to it. ‘It bothers me, but what does that have to do with my complaint?’ she asks. She takes school very seriously, works hard. She starts enthusiastically, but is at school very stressed: you have to do well, it has to be good, every exam. It presses on her shoulders.
Backpain comes sometimes. She doesn't get to sleep, and lies for up to two hours staring at the ceiling. She has a short fuse, blames everything on herself, she thinks her brother is always mad at her and acting
ugly. It seems like her head is overflowing, bursting apart, thinking about everything. If a friend is having a hard time she lies awake because of that too. She is sensitive to the emotions of others. The pain in her head is throbbing, very bad, on the right vertex, lying on right makes it better, on left turn much worse.
Last year back was less bad, but not happy.

Follow upAfter six weeks: It's going well, we think. The crying fits no longer occur, school is going well, no more
mood swings. Now I am happy. Much less tired when I get out of school. We noticed the biggest difference when school started again, after the two-week vacation. Initial reactions: at first hell weird legs, like I was in an 8-lane, limp and also off balance. They tingled, just falling over, missteps, a scary feeling. Then I stayed home for three days, slept a lot and after that, she recovered. Emotions during vacations are stable, only once an outburst. The study choice was made this week. No more crying, no more arguments with my boyfriend or at home. She can relate well now. Sleep is good, no dreams, 1x about my old shoes.
No more headaches. Vacation: did quietly, what I wanted, the first few days backache and lots of crying.
Had no flu, being the only one in the family.
So she did well during a year, she worked hard, had high expectations of herself, and she is fatigued again, get frustrated with it, mood varies a lot. Repeating a remedy we can do when there is a relapse, but here we see a part of the dis-balance that stays. It is not her doubting, or the possibly sensitivity for doubt, now it is her strong focus on success, on her performance at school. Her mother called her ‘a princess’, always had compliments. Related to the aspects of her live this moment. After
Palladium metallicum (theme ‘perform, and ‘fixed expectation’) she was happy again no more tired, no more angry at the world, she had a dream of selling her old shoes (symbolic she walks a new path, an new goal).
