Cardiospermum halicacabum A 57-year-old woman with thyroid problems, high blood pressure for which she takes medication, painful joints, and tinnitus after severe Meniere attacks in the past. She is gentle and attentive, has a compact build, and is usually very cheerful. The joint pain subsided after Liminitis Bredowii, the headaches disappeared, but the tinnitus worsened. She is sensitive to other people's energy, attended art school, and now works as an aroma therapist. She is interested in gemstones, horoscopes, reincarnation, and spirituality.
Now she suffers from tension and anxiety: fear of making a mistake, in her creativity, and in caring for her family; it literally makes her sick. It is also a hardness towards herself, stemming from her upbringing. She feels empty energy spots in her back, frequent strong pressure on her bladder, a stabbing pain above her pubic bone, and hot flashes that make her "collapse." A psychologist diagnosed her with PTSD from her childhood. Her father was dominant, prone to exploding, aggressive, hitting, and often away for months at a time for work. Her mother was afraid and dependent on her. She developed a sense to sense, to registrate the aggression, always having to navigate it; the feeling then was one of powerlessness. She walked on eggshells. She was constantly criticized; she couldn't do anything right. As a child, she always thought, "I'm wrong." She still dreams that nothing works, no matter how hard she tries. She's experiencing significant problems with a heel spur, often feeling like someone is grabbing her by the throat, and her nerves feel like tense strings. She now has to care for her parents, who are disabled and live far away. After Piper angustifolia, she experiences crying fits and often feels angry. She loses control and was always the "fixer." The heel spur is now very painful even at rest, and an old shoulder complaint is returning. She has a twitching eye when talking.

Phase 2: her anxious mother, her feeling of helplessness.
Stage 2: powerlessness, criticized.
Prescription:
Cardiospermum halicacabum C30.
Follow-upAfter the medication, she experiences "a very subtle effect." She is relaxed and calm, and can shed tears for the first time, which she experiences as an emotional cleansing. She feels an urge to change by adjusting her life. She can now get up very early and go for a walk. She feels the need to reconnect with her inner voice, her wisdom, which is working well. Her twitching eye is gone. She now has peaceful dreams, the heel spur is less painful for the first month and then gradually disappears. She no longer feels weak and feels capable. The hot flashes are gone. After four months, she notices that she is much kinder to herself, getting closer to her "true self," which she never had. She still has to care for her parents, but her mother is still dependent and manipulative. The restlessness and troubled dreams return, and her mood drops again. She has sharp eyesight. She now says that in the past, she was always watched, she always lived with the thought of "what others think of me," and she wanted to be successful in public. She suppressed her own emotions, the turbulence, out of fear. She mentions more confirmation for
