General
Sensation: sawing.
Sleep: sleepless.
Body
Eyes: black eye.
Face: phlegmonous erysipelas, under left eye, spreading downwards and forwards; pustules, burning pain; lips parched; larger pustule on the upper lip, half way between mouth and nostril.
Nose: lower half red, swollen; crop of small pustules.
Mouth: inflamed gums; intolerable pain, wrung cries; deprived of sleep and unable to drink.
Throat: sore, swelling, painful swallowing.
Stomach: vomiting, violent.
Rectum: diarrhoea, with cold sweat.
Abdomen: pain hypochondria, right, < touch, pressure.
Back: pustules, left side of neck, hard boils, pultaceous or cheesy pus.
Skin: erythema, burning, raw, shining, vesicles; ulcers deep; gangrene; intense, painful, burning inflammation, erysipelatous, phlegmonous, pustules; impetigo; hard boils.
