A feeling that it’s all too much
It’s hard to find and follow one’s own path.
The expectations placed on oneself and by others are high; a feeling arises that one cannot live up to them

A sense of anger at not being able to go one’s own way alone. Having to rely on help.
Feeling small and needing reassurance.
She likes to focus on the areas she’s good at and is reluctant to venture into new territory.
She has a strong bond with her family of origin, which provides her with a sense of security
She now lovingly runs her own family, but she quickly becomes irritable when things don’t go well.
The feeling that she has to do everything on her own keeps cropping up.
She would like to be seen and recognised for what she does.
