Introduction
They have to work very hard, do a very heavy and tough job in order to feel belonging to a group, to be part of a project. But the work is a struggle and unpleasant. They can feel being used as a machine, feel as a function, doing routine, boring tasks.

Structure versus loss of structure.
Routine, boring.
Retiring, feeling indifferent, death feels as a release like in an old man.
Restless, not knowing where to go.
General
Weather: flushes.
Sweat: copious, hands, feet.
Body
Throat: raw; yawning!
Chest: empty, < inspiration; emphysema.
Stomach: nausea.
Rectum: constipation.
Limbs: sweaty, hands, feet.
