BotanyHerb, shrubby; perennial; succulent; small, to 40 cm tall.
Stem: delicate, erect.
Leaves: pubescent, velvety; 1 to 3 cm long.
Flower: globular petal appendages of its flowers; peduncle emerges above the leaves of the rosette, 3 to 15 cm long; with one or two bract-pairs; petal tips are 2 to 3 mm long, roughly twice as long as they are broad, with rounded appendages.
