Case by Tomáš Výboch
Boy, 9 years old, autistic traits. He was born in the 42nd week via C-section. He was then transferred to a specialised hospital for genetic disorders due to a genetic issue related to his kidneys. During childbirth, the mother experienced severe bleeding. She had no contact with the child for 5 days after birth.
He has been diagnosed with aphasia. His emotional responses are often inappropriate to the situation. For example, when his parents couldn’t find the key to a toy car, he began to behave hysterically—walking around the house, crying, and screaming.
He strongly dislikes changes in plans. If his parents say they will go to the playground in the afternoon and the plan changes, he cannot accept it and reacts with a hysterical outburst.
Otherwise, he is very expressive and loud. During consultations, he makes involuntary limb movements but appears very joyful and smiling.
He began speaking at the age of 3. He loves books and learned to read by himself. He pays no attention to other children, only to family members. At school, he is very quiet. His teachers say he is even too polite.
His play is functional—he plays with his sister’s dolls. He is currently interested in bees.
His mother wants him to become more independent, to find his own identity, and to express emotions appropriate to the situation. He often needs reassurance that he’s doing things correctly. He is never aggressive.

Stenochlaena tenuifolia: he has large eyes, like
Cerium; he looks around joyfully, as if amazed by the world, but cannot establish real connections.
Follow upHe is more communicative. He expresses his emotions more. His logical thinking and concentration have improved. He has more self-confidence. He interacts more with other children. His teacher said he is more independent in writing and significantly more functional.
In the past, when they had to write something, he didn’t care much, but now he raised his hand to say he had finished. He responds in full sentences, whereas before he had frequent echolalia.
His behavioural rigidity has softened. Each time he takes the remedy, his focus noticeably improves.
Teachers at school said he made the biggest progress out of all the children over the past year. He is often the first to volunteer when something needs to be done.
Previously
Psilotum nudum was prescribed. With that remedy he began to talk about his feelings. When his mother took his phone away, he asked her: "How would you feel if I took your phone without asking?", something he had never done before.
He became much more independent, wanted to dress himself. He was less clumsy, more present, and talked more about his day. He was better able to concentrate, became more creative, started painting, and his play became more imaginative. He was less emotional. However, at a certain point the remedy stopped working
