Boy, 18 years old, obsessive compulsive disorder.His OCD is manifested by a compulsive need to wash himself. It's been going on for two years. His friends pushed him to have a girlfriend and found him one. However, he discovered that she is not a good person because she likes fascism. He hates all fascists from the bottom of his heart. He hates dictatorships, nazism, neo-nazism or communism. He was shocked that he hadn't noticed that before and allowed himself to be in a relationship with such a person. He later broke up with her.
When this happened, he had to constantly wash himself after masturbating, as well as everything he touched. He had to wash the whole floor and his clothes. If he does not wash himself, he feels that he is dirty. His head realises that this is nonsense, but on the other hand he cannot control it.
He says that he knew from childhood that he wanted to be a firefighter and help people. But now he wants to be more of a police officer, an investigator because organised crime is very damaging to our society and disrupts its structure. He says there are a lot of good firefighters in the country, but not too many good police officers. He is also interested in psychology.
The boy has strong moral principles. If he found money on the street, he would give it to the police.
He remembers one more important event in his life that triggered the OCD. Years ago, he watched an erotic video where a policeman and a policewoman had sex. Then he felt greatly disturbed because it was not right. He says: "Police officers should never be allowed to do this at work".
Sometimes he has strange thoughts while masturbating. He feels divided in two. He suddenly starts to think about Hitler. Or if he talks to someone about domestic violence, he says he would never do such a thing. But his other side disputes that. And then he fears that he might be a psychopath.
His mother says that he always had a problem with new things. In his childhood he was called Little Autist. He didn't want to go to school, he didn't like eating new foods. He can spend four hours in the bathroom. Sometimes he uses 2500 litres of water a day for washing.

Follow upAfter six weeks he feels much better. He feels more relaxed. He does not feel that he contaminates things with his fluids. In the past, he had the urge to wash everything he touched after masturbation. He feels around 50 percent improvement.
After two months: he found a new girlfriend. He does not feel divided in two anymore. He spends just 45 minutes in the shower. His mother says he is way more relaxed. He remembers some bad memories from childhood, that were suppressed before. His relationship with his father significantly improved. In the past he was very critical of his father.
After five months he feels gradual improvement. His self-confidence is much better.
