Culture: seen as invasive, noxious weed, due to fast-growing, through rhizomes and large quantities of seeds.
Use: considered edible, having a somewhat unpleasant flavour, sharper than garden chervil, with a hint of carrot.
Botany
Biennial or short-lived perennial herb; 60 to 170 cm high.
Stem: hollow.
Leaves: alternate a 210 degrees; tripinnate; 15 to 30 cm long; triangular; leaflets ovate and subdivided.
Inflorescence: umbels.
Flowers: small white; flowering mid spring to early summer.
