Sleep: restless, sleepless, < horrible dreams, < thought flowing.
Body
Infection: influenza; poor convalescence after influenza.
Vertigo: < rising, < turning head quickly, < lying down.
Head: light; aches across front, from occiput around temples to eyes; scalp feels tight.
Eyes: pupils dilated.
Ears: tinnitus.
Mouth: slimy; tongue dirty yellow, sore, scalded.
Lungs: frequent desire to take a long breath.
Heart: weak; mitral and aortic regurgitation; chronic aorta inflammation; fatty heart pericarditis; rheumatic endocarditis; praecordial pain, palpitation; venous engorgement; cardiac asthma; myocarditis; irregular cardiac action; constriction; pulse slow, weak, rapid, irregular; cardiac dropsy.
Chest: weight; hydrothorax.
Stomach: heavy weight.
Abdomen: faint in epigastrium, > outdoors; ascites; general oedema.
Urinary: urine scanty, albumin, with oily pellicle; Bright's disease.
Back: aching in nape of neck; spine stiff and aching.
Limbs: rheumatism; oedema.
