A man of 85 years has palpitations, especially in the night around 2 am. it ameliorates when he rises and is better when he sits. It is worse from cold, rain, wind, exertion against the wind, better from bicycling with the wind. It gives pain in his heart which extends to his throat. In the throat he gets a sour taste, a kind of waterbrash, together with nausea. He hears his heart very well all the time. It is diagnosed as sinus tachycardia.
A month before he has had blood in his urine with every urination. The urologist diagnosed an enlarged prostate and prescribed antibiotics.
In general he is doing well, doesn't need a rollator. His rheumatoid arthritis is much better with Gadolonium over the years. He feels 90% healthy. His wife is doing quite well recently. It has been different over many years, where he was caring for his wife. He did it with pleasure, but it hindered him in traveling, a thing that was his biggest hobby. He often dreams of packing suitcases, where he has difficulty to get everything in his suitcases.
