Woman, 50, pains in arms.The pains in her arms are extending from her neck.
She also has backache and hip pains which prevent her from sleeping. Dues to the back ache she cannot lie on her back or abdomen, and with her hip pains she cannot lie on her side.
Together with her husband she has a company for alternative medicine and homeopathy. They have to work very hard to make a living. She is doing the administration. It is too much work, and it is boring. They had hired a secretary in the past but that was too expensive. They have not been on holiday for years.
She would like to do some more creative work, instead of the boring office work.
