Case by Michaela Zorzi.Woman, 35 years old, ADHS.She has ADHS since childhood. She is very ambitious, but has big problems with examinations and talking to people in person and on Zoom during her work. This can lead to panic attacks; then she has to leave the meeting.
She is a lawyer, now working as a teacher for political education in order to have more holidays to spend with her little daughter.
She has tinnitus from stress.
Due to not being attentive she has fractured her ankles twice, with long-lasting complaints of oedema of her bone.
She has lots of energy and needs physical exertion. She needs a lot of change and variety during her work, likes multitasking. Meditating is very helpful.
She craves salt and chocolate, eggs, cheese, butter, coffee.
Drafts of air and noises aggravate her! She is not able to sleep without Oropax ear plugs.
She is perfectionistic.
She had a difficult childhood. Her mother had to help everybody. She adopted an orphaned cousin when the patient was nine years old, which made her feel totally neglected and not seen by her mother.
The family had to emigrate because of war in their homeland.
