He likes his work as a nurse in a caring home. He wants to do it really good, is very busy, working hard whole day and is doing the work of others. He feels responsible. Others do not like this work and get sick. The bad employees stay they do not work really and only think how soon they can leave. They are not doing the work properly so he has to work twice as hard.
He is timid, does not want to fight it.
