He coughs violently, coughing “his lungs out of his body”, worse from change of temperature, getting in and out of his car. He has dyspnoea from exertion, his nose is obstructed and he has pain in his neck muscles from the coughing. He has smoked in the past for 30 years. He has bronchitis yearly.
He is very busy with his company, overworked, doing new and challenging things.
He does not sleep well, being awake from 3 am.
