Woman, 20, psychosis.
She has psychotic episodes, depressive phases, sleeplessness.
The trigger for her psychotic episode was the separation between her and her boyfriend. She was mobbed a few times in her school career because she is a migrant and different in nature. She always has tried to adapt to her classmates. When her boyfriend finished her relationship and her classmates mobbed her, it felt like loosing all her confidence in life. She finished her final exam short after her psychotic episode, still strongly influenced by her antipsychotic drugs.
She has a lively nature but this is not accepted in this country.
Her father was never present for her. Her parents divorced. The new partner of her mother was never able to give her the feeling of security and stability. He is unstable by himself and the whole load of work, family and income burdens her mother.
She is shy and her self-confidence is low. She has a job in a self-service restaurant and is afraid of making mistakes and quite insecure if she does her work correct. She is cautious, looks how the others do their work and tries to please her colleagues. She is inclined to postpone things.
AnalysisCarbon series: parents divorced.
Iron series: job in a self-service restaurant.
Phase 2: shy, low self-confidence; unsure.
Subphase 3: please; not knowing how to handle it; confusion.
Ericales: conflict between inner freedom and belonging to a culture, in finding her profession.
Follow upEverytime she has taken the remedy, she felt complete unsure for two days. She did not know anything anymore in work.
After that she feels much more secure, not like a rabbit under wolves. Her boss offered her a job as assistant manager, she feels glad about it. In contact with people she realised that her voice does not get piping anymore. No depressive feelings, sleep is good, quality of live has risen from 60 to 85.
