Woman, 35, panic attacks.
She has a fear of narrow places, especially in airplanes. It started after her father had to be revived on a flight. Another time people became sick on a flight she got into a panic. In an airplane she feels locked in, she must have air, it feels suffocating and in the end it feels as if the whole world comes to her. With this she has palpitations and she has the feeling that the fear controls her. She gets images of violence especially when she has had too many impressions like watching television. She gets the idea that she must be a bad person or that she is having a serious mental disease. When she is frightened she has the feeling that people are not real and that they want to hurt her.
She was born in Asia after a war. She was in an orphanage where the children were locked in a cradle and were crying all day. She was adopted in the Netherlands. When she was two her parents went abroad and she feared that they would not come back.
For half a year she has been stalked by an ex-boyfriend. It was quite violent and she felt threatened.
She has horror dreams about the endlessness of the sea or the universe, people getting murdered. These dreams are worse when she is alone at home.
Dream: people she trusts transformed into vampires.
Desire: salt, spicy, salads.
Her menses are irregular, violent, with a lot of abdominal pains, headache, exhaustion and fainting.
Sleep: waking at 4 am.

Mandragora officinalis MK she has a headache for four days, but feels quiet with it. It was an old symptom which she remembers from being a little child. Then her anxieties start diminishing. She has less fear and fewer problems with narrow places. Her nightmares are gone. She has more trust in herself and through that more trust in other people.
After some repetitions of Mandragora she does very well, feels 98% well. With the first repetitions she still had some beginning aggravations for a few days like the fear of narrow places and tiredness. With the last dose she feels very well and very stable.
