644.24.08 Hypericum perforatum, CaseCase by Anton Kramer.
Woman, 30, fatigue.
Energy: fatigue, burnout after a trauma on her coccyx.
She is not functioning well. She is adapting too much, closing herself off, taking little space. She does not feel what she feels. She loses herself in her work, in contact with others, standing outside herself, disappearing. It gives a floating feeling. Her development was disturbed. She was a grieving child, lacking trust. She is dependent on others, cannot do things alone. She is irresolute, her choices are a gamble. She follows the morals of the family. She shows herself strong, to be able to stand, strong but feels as if she has holes within her.
She is depressed, despairing, has panic attacks but shows optimism. She takes on a pose, mask, telling nice stories about herself. Life feels not pleasant but hard working. Life feels so vulnerable, that it is worthless and it feels pointless to exist.
She always feels alone, lonely because her mother was not available for her and her siblings. Her mother was busy with herself, had no time for 5 children, giving them little space. Her mother is insensitive, strict, obsessive with healthy food, has fears from the Second World War. Once she panicked when her mother was gone. Her mother was angry about her panic as she was in fact nearby.
She is a speech therapist and a personnel manager. She has great fantasies, wanting to become a famous singer, improving the lot of the world, a director. She easily feels failure, in her work, as though she is doing things wrongly. She is very caring but has an aversion to being forced, pretending she is have a nice time. She is idealistic but it is not realised.
Conflicts sometimes give her the feeling that she is really living.
