It started in a period when she drank too much alcohol and had much stress and overwork during her medical study.
Since then she can have panic attacks that she can have a seizure with trembling and palpitations, especially in social situations.
She can sometimes have vision of balls on a bright background, which is annoying.
She can have headaches from being too stressed.
She can work too hard sometimes, not noticing her fatigue. She wants to deserve things, does not want to be lazy and get things for free.
She easily blames herself, feeling guilty, < after arguments with friends.

She is very controlling, everything has to be effective. The control comes naturally, doing everything in order. This is especially so in social situations where she is a very good listener.
