Woman, obesity.
She has worked as a cleaner for many years, and has been very reliable. But she made an enemy of nearly everybody around her, especially her daughter and son-in-law (who is a nice man) because she thinks they tell her how to live, what to do, to go to another doctor etc. Her husband died long ago, was very unkind to her and she felt relieved when he died. She thinks she is worthless and often threatens to commit suicide by hanging herself, life is a burden. She was becoming fat in spite of hyperthyreoidism and used to sleep for long spells during daytime, beginning to neglect herself. She has cardiac failure and blue lips; has to stop frequently when going upstairs.
Diabetes. As soon as someone puts pressure on her, telling her what to do, she revolts and turns them out, telling them never to molest her again and keep off forever. In fact many people think she is an ugly person but I always felt she was sweet at heart and I liked her. Also the way she kept her flat was nice and the rooms had a very good atmosphere, sweet and light. Probably she liked to work with us because we let her be as she is.
