Taxonomy
In the Apg3 classification is a Family in the Order Brassicales. Limnanthaceae and Setchellanthaceae are small Families in the Brassicales with uncertain relationships to other families.
In the Plant theory Tropaeolaceae is treated in the same way and placed in Subphase 2.
Limnanthaceae and Setchellanthaceae are tentatively associated with Tropaeolaceae in Subphase 2.

Setchellanthaceae: Setchellantha, Setchellanthus.
Tropaeolaceae: Magallana, Tropaeastrum, Tropaeolum.
Introduction
