Thymelaeaceae are a family in Malvales in the Apg3 classification. Thymelaeaceae and Neuradaceae are early diverging lineages of Malvales. Thymelaeaceae have been placed in Myrtales in the past.
In this Plant theory Thymelaeaceae are included in Huerteales in Phase 2 and placed in Subphase 6. Aquilariaceae are split off from Thymelaeaceae. Thymelaeaceae have strong qualities of Phase 6, Oxygen and Sulphur.
The circumscription of genera in Thymelaeaceae has always been especially difficult.
The following classification is used at the moment:

They feel unappreciated by their parents. Their father is often hard, strict and can readily beat them. They feel that every little fault or disturbance can provoke a rage in their father and will lead to punishments. They have the feeling that their own state and life is not seen by their parents. They are not valued for their talents and achievements.
This pattern of not being appreciated repeats itself very often in their marriage. It is more common for women. Their husband is often abusive, can easily beat them and does not see what they do to please him. The love that they felt in the beginning and that they shared so beautifully is turned upside down. The husband can betray them and does not do well. They feel their love is not accepted and given back. They feel unloved and not cared for.
Divided by loyalty
They also feel loyal to their family. That makes things harder as they feel they cannot just run away. They cannot do that as a child. In their marriage they feel bound by their promise. And they are quite persevering, wanting to achieve. They can be in the situation where they feel loyal to relatives who have done things wrong, who have been criminals. Or their parents have betrayed their country in war time and are persecuted and seen with disdain by the population, for instance NSB people in Holland or Quislings in Norway.
They often feel stigmatised. This can also come from a stigma on their body, a haemangioma, a scar or a missing body part. They can easily feel guilty.
They have the feeling that whatever they do it is in vain, that how they bend and wring themselves in all kinds of directions, it will be of no help. This quality expresses itself also in the sensation, in the pain and in general. It is a twisting, wringing feeling. It feels as if their hands are peeled off their arms. It is as if their skin is turned in two different directions, leading to the feeling of barbed wire. The turning feeling can also be described as screwing or boring. It can be described as constricting or cramping. In the extreme they feel as if parts of their body are completely cut off from their body. It leads to a feeling of body parts being separated.
They can feel trapped, rejected, alone, lonely, empty. They have a lack of self esteem and let others go first.
They are artistic people. They want to exploit their talents, want to do well. They want to achieve high standards, in painting, sculpting, writing, acting. And they want to be appreciated for their talents. This in marked contrast to the people near to them who do not want to see their qualities, and may even belittle and scorn them. This gives them the feeling of division, being divided between their own interest and those of their beloved ones.
