Weather: cold creepings.

General: sepsis.
Nervous: spasms.
Fever: first chills, sweat-a dry fever, light sweat but no thirst in any stage.
Head: scurfy eruption, whiskers, white scales adhere firmly, red moist spot, moisture yellowish.
Throat: sore, red; tonsils swollen; creeps of cold all over every time she moved, with goose flesh.
Lungs: bronchial cough, < tickling small spot on posterior surface of trachea.
Heart: rupture of veins.
Stomach: vomiting of blood.
Rectum: haemorrhoids.
Back: pain, sacral region.
Limbs: cramps, painful joints; numb left foot, hands, ulnar side, < waking; sudden pain in left foot, < walking, > continuing walking; pain in back of foot; pain shooting, tender, first joint of left great toe; ball of left foot tender, < walking.
Skin: wounds, filthy ulcers, sores, bruises, hurts.
