A woman of 30 has severe headaches and some migraine in her pregnancy. She comes when she’s 8 weeks pregnant and the headaches started at the 5th week. She fears that the headaches will stay the whole pregnancy, just as in her first pregnancy. In her first pregnancy she had nausea the first 3 months and migraine after that, every day, 24 hours a day. During her first pregnancy she couldn't do anything, only lie on her bed. The migraine is behind her left eye, in her occiput, throbbing. Rest gives some relief but does not cure the migraine as such. The pain is > pressure, > tying a tea towel around her head, > warmth, > relaxing in a warm bath, < excitement, < stress, < company, > fresh air. She fears the pain. She cannot enjoy life anymore. It makes her feel dependent, which disturbs her very much because she cannot take care of her daughter. She cannot conquer the migraine, it knocks her out.
She cannot work moderately; she has to do everything 100%. She makes demands on herself, she's a real perfectionist. Everything has to be finished immediately. Her profession is a policy maker. She has to read a lot, which demands a lot of her, since she has a light form of dyslexia. There are too few colleagues at work, so she’s always under pressure, fighting the deadlines.
The first conception was difficult, it took 2 years. The second conception was easy. During the first pregnancy she had constipation. In the past stress has caused constipation at times. Her stool comes once in 2 to 3 weeks. Her abdomen is bloated.
She’s dyslexic.

Samarium muriaticum MK her migraines disappear immediately. She still has minor headaches from time to time. But she can do everything. The labor went well.
Her obsessive desire to finish all her work immediately has diminished for the most part. Her constipation disappeared after a period of diarrhea lasting two weeks.
