The remedy is made from the feather of the brown pelican from the protected area in Florida, in USA. Proving of the remedy was done by Jonathan Shore by trituration 2001.
Zoology
It is known from mythology that pelican mother causes wounds to its chest to feed her offspring with her own blood. This story comes from 700 years ago. It is however only a legend which is not based on fact. Nevertheless Pelican is considered to be a devoted parent who cares for its offspring for about 10 months.
