He works together with his wife on their common farm, they took it over from his parents in law. He invested in new technologies and want to have the farm more effective, so he had less to work. His father in law does not accept this and sees it as waste of money. His father in law makes him angry inside, it wears him down. He states about himself, that he is not dominate enough. With his father in law he has the feeling that everything what he is doing on the farm is wrong. When it comes to a disagreement, he is angry, but says nothing and moves away.
