PositionThe 7 phases express someone’s position in the desired group. Are they close to the centre or more less out of the centre. The centre is Phase 4, where one feels really belonging to the group, without question. Phase 1 and Phase 7 feels like outsiders not belonging to the group at all.
BelongBelonging is important issue. It is the theme of belonging to the group or not so. It is the feeling of being part of the group, family, institution, school and the like.
WorthThe feeling of having worth for oneself and the group is important. When one belongs to the group one feel important, having a value. One wants to have worth, wants to be appreciated, valued, esteemed, respected, acknowledged.
