Eyes: loaded with granular and hyaline casts.
Lungs: oedema, difficult breathing.
Heart: hypertension; heart sounds weak; pulse fast, regular.
Abdomen: deranged portal circulation; ascites, difficult breathing, < lying down, < motion.
Urinary: urine scanty, retention, suppressed, no albumin; acute diffuse nephritis, < extraction infected teeth; stones; pain, irritation, neck of bladder; pain kidney, colic; nephrotic syndrome.
Male: prostate enlarged.
Limbs: leg oedema, swollen.
