Taxonomy
In the Apg3 classification Nymphaeales is one of the most ancient lineages of flowering plants. Nymphaeales has 3 Families: Nymphaeaceae, Cabombaceae and Hydatellaceae. Only the Nymphaeaceae are known in homeopathy.
In the Plant theory Nymphaeales is placed in its own Subclass Nymphaeidae. Cabombaceae and Hydatellaceae are included in Nymphaeaceae.
Families
Cabombaceae: Brasenia, Cabomba.
Hydatellaceae: Trithuria, Hydatella; Hydatella was formerly placed in Poales.
Nymphaeaceae: Barclaya, Euryale, Nuphar, Nymphaea, Ondinea, Victoria.
Introduction
It can be seen as the Hydrogen series of the Magnolianae. As such it is a child like state, feeling vulnerable and unprotected, combined with the feeling of being unable to act and only being able to experience, undergo what happens.
