Action: tonic, antiseptic, febrifuge, hysteria.
Head: applied to the forehead for headache.
Limbs: chronic rheumatism, gout.
Respiratory: syphilitic ulcers of the nose, phthisis.
Abdomen: vermifuge, dyspepsia, weak stomach, dysentery, cholera infantum, dyspeptic states of stomach and bowels, laxative.
