Introduction
They have lost a lot, possessions and even more relatives, spouse and children. This can come from accidents disasters and even war. They feel alone in their grief, in a kind of serene acceptance. They can be very religious, praying on their own. They do not want to disturb others with their grief, which makes them even more alone till they realise others have similar stories and grief and they can share them.

Guilty from bringing in hard feelings.
Feeling exclusion, being second hand, not being first choice.
Excluded after divorce, from not being a normal doctor, by parents in law, as a female doctor; due to homosexuality, by being special.
Anger when other is not contributing.
Compassion alternating hidden aggression.
Excluded by mothers, unfeeling mothers.
Loneliness from childhood.
Outsiders, because special, alone.
Hidden aggression, it is disgusting.
The most exciting thing is to be naked on stage, not being ashamed.
Feels excluded.
Overcoming separation, exclusion by being special.
Hidden aggression.
Desire to be together, but not too close.
Desire for autonomy.
Delusion that sex is a fight, one has to win it.
Feels violated and despised.
Trapped, humiliated and beaten.
