Indicated in states of prolonged stress leading to burnout, thyroid dysfunction, and autoimmune disorders, with symptoms often aggravated before menses.
Keynotes
A picture of excessive stress sustained over a long period, resulting in exhaustion and a marked aversion to everything.
Clinically, Pituitary Anterior is considered one of the principal intercurrent remedies in autoimmune thyroid conditions and other thyroid disorders, commonly used in 30C potency.
The mental state closely resembles Sepia: aversion to everything and everyone, including friends and husband; self-dislike; easy depression; and a tendency to withdraw socially and avoid company. Sexual desire is diminished, with absence of enjoyment.

Clinical Features
Copious urination with the presence of albumin and sugar
Increased urinary levels of chlorides, potassium, and sodium
Urinary incontinence, worse in the evening
In women with a fibromatous uterus, there may be incontinence characterized by the loss of a few drops of urine on rising.
Gynecological and Obstetric Indications
Tendency to miscarriages associated with disordered uterine contractions
