Man, 72, multiple micro apoplexia.
First he had an urticaria, with swelling, redness, itching of the hole body, mouth, eyelids and problems with breathing. The urticaria was treated with infusions of cortison and antihistaminic. After this therapy his whole condition started with cramps in his neck and his calves. His condition was that he just lies in bed, does not eat or drink. He does not want to wash himself nor brush his teeth. He does not speak and one gets the impression that he just wants to die. He wants to be left alone, just to lie in bed and do nothing. Nobody can really reach him. His expression of his face is as if he is agonizingly scared, compared with dullness and inability to understand what has happened and what is going on.
After his birth, it was at the end of the second world war, his mother walked from farm to farm, him as a baby in her arms and is begging for food.
