A man in a dilapidated house full of old newspapers, cats, mice, beer cans, totally polluted.
An old lady looks like a real lady, but she can't keep up her house anymore it is totally dirty, her clothes are dirty and broken.
ADD, attention deficit syndrome, due to too many impressions.

The cause can be experiences like in a war, where one is shot at from all sides, where the bombs hit all around and one has to run for his life.
