A girl of nine, since school has started again, her behavior has regressed. She still gets angry sometimes, especially when someone interferes with her. She tugs at her mother, sits on her lap, and “swirls around her,” twisting and turning to demand attention. She can look at me with piercing eyes, defiant, unyielding. Like a tense slingshot. She looks sullen when her mother sends her out into the hallway, shouting 'Mum!' through the door in a whiny tone because her mother is talking about her and wants her to stay seated. She gets angry when she disagrees with something and argues back. She is pushy, pushes people, and clearly shows how bored she is. She dislikes tight clothing, such as jeans. As a small child, she always took her clothes off at home. She hits her mother, or grabs her, pulling her toward her. Whiny, pushy, “I'm bored.” Thumb in her mouth. What she sometimes says: I feel things, I see things. She regularly talks in a strange voice, like in a cartoon. She sometimes falls out of bed, sometimes she sits upright in bed at night. She has warts under her toes, on her big toe, and second toe. Drumming with her hands, and feet, hiding behind the chair. All her life, her brother and sister have always been on top of her, she was always 'directed' by the others. Her problem was 'searching for who she should be', while the others were more 'defiant'. She is very bad at losing and throws games off the table. She sleeps well and sometimes goes to bed by herself. She says little to her peers and walks away. She used to always sit alone, but now she sometimes sits next to other children and is no longer 'shunned'. What is happening now is shouting when angry.
AnalysisBecause Abroma worked well the previous year, a similar medicine was sought. We still see many of
Malvales characteristics, use of voice, 'feeling and seeing' things, withdrawing from contact or attention, and walking away in conflict. The restlessness, the continued aggression towards her brother and sister, the persistence, the explosions fit
Stage 15. Anger is now screaming, the use of the voice. This is a prescription based on Plant family analysis, years before
Qjure was developed. The
Stage 15 was used. Searching for how she should be is a
Phase 3 aspect.
Prescription:
Theobroma cacao MK.
Follow-upAt first there was a brief worsening for five days, everything was more intense: a boost on top of it. After that, she is much calmer, the anger is gone, and the tantrums still occur but are over very quickly. She sleeps more peacefully and only falls out of bed on rare occasions. She looks calm, sometimes drifts off, moments when she is introverted. She can still have that strange little voice, but it lasts only a moment, within a minute it is over, and her mother can ignore it without protest. She quickly returns to her little world, the safe fantasy world of a child. When her mother reaches out to her with her hand, she immediately becomes calm and turns inward. It is striking that her mother's hand approaches her within a few centimeters, which gives her a wonderful sense of calm as if it were a blanket for her. She waits a little longer and does not immediately respond to her mother's suggestions or stories. She is often shy, fidgeting a little with her mother, no longer climbing on her like a little monkey. She is jumping up and down at the door, but now it is lively, not the tense spring that discharges. She does not want to learn at school yet; she will soon be tested for dyslexia. She did not get sunburned anymore, but her skin did become grainy, like goosebumps, which itched. After busy times, after a party, she had to cry (the tension is now released and no longer explodes). It's difficult to shut down, but she also wants to be there and experience everything. Talking is much better, but she still has speech therapy. She deals with emotions differently, mother can now reassure her or say 'Don't react'. The years that follow continue to go well.
