A 67-year-old woman, she is small in stature, stocky build looks attentive and cheerful. She is slumped and
walks with a walker. She has Crohn's disease, diabetes, and COPD, she became deaf from a cholesteatoma,
she has rheumatism, and many allergies and intolerance’s. Crohn's is severe, it started 15 years back
overnight, with diarrhea and lots of blood. The year before, she cared for her mother who was terminal and passed away. That period she had high blood pressure and then came this “explosion. She was given
prednisone from which she gained 20 kg and diabetes. Other medications gave her nerve pains and
breakdown symptoms. MTX gives severe fatigue, she was shivering on the couch and it gave little
improvement. She still has a lot of cramps, a lot of mucus, always diarrhea, she feels the energy drain, and
she can only go outside with immodium. The pain is there day and night, she sleeps badly because of it.
Before, she was never sick, and suddenly it started, on a Monday. Two years later she got reflux, the stomach lining was inflamed and she had a diaphragm rupture. She always gets all the side effects of a medication, when the liver values go up she feels very tired. The tongue is dark red, raw, with grooves, she can hardly
stick out the tongue (the tongue reflects the condition of the mucous membranes). Years ago she developed rheumatism, severe pain in knee’s, ankles, and wrists, she could no longer climb stairs. There are periods with fewer symptoms. She has had many pneumonia's, resulting in COPD, and is now on medication. She has had an intolerance to vegetable fiber since infancy and lived on Brinta (Breakfast Instant Tarwe). From beans and vegetable juices, she spits up and has extra diarrhea. Onions she is bothered extremely by those.
Since salmonella poisoning in childhood, she has had a very strong lactose intolerance.
She tells, explains, and can talk contemplatively about the disease and treatments: the period when Crohn'
started she was perfectly happy. Radiantly, she talks about her work, which she was able to do until recently.
She was an assistant, great for making sure the leadership could do the job well, arranging something
together, figuring out all kinds of things. Throughout all the complaints and surgeries, she just worked. She had many ear complaints with sinusitis as well, after several surgeries of benign growths, both ears were broken. It started with regular pain. Now she is used to an implant. All her life she has been night-blind. She has been a caregiver in the family. She has always had hobbies, she enjoys them very much, and she gives painting workshops. Since the death of her partner she has not slept well, she cried for months at first. When she goes to bed early everything comes up again. they had tried and gone through everything together.

Follow up three weeks, 'I am happy, the first day I had a weird tummy, and it took me a while to know what it was, but after that the weird cramps were gone, immediately’. From the second day, she didn't use immodium, on the third day she had solid stools! Then it was variable for a week, with also the same pain.
From the third week, everything is good with no symptoms, it hasn't been like that for years. She sleeps
deeper, not longer. The bloodsugar is more stable now, she uses only half the insulin. She has many creative ideas and plans. Occasional light cramping still occurs at night. Joints and airway unchanged. She still smokes heavily, once she tried to quit but became cranky and had a Crohn's flare-up. Blood values also show that everything is progressing. After two months things are still going well, the bowels sometimes produce some mucus but after a day it is then over. Bloodsugar levels remain stable. She has had no colds all winter, sometimes some sneezing. She no longer needs an afternoon nap, she sleeps 7 hours straight at night. She can't go without a stomach tablet yet. Her tongue is dark, with a groove in the middle. The knee remains troublesome, she still sometimes sags through it. After four months she has been troubled by the right shoulder, bursitis, for a few weeks, and more trouble with osteoarthritis in the hands. 2-3 times a week she sags through a knee, but she never falls. Left more than right. The abdominal pain continues to subside, and very occasionally she still has diarrhea. She no longer has stomach problems. Occasionally she tries something like garlic or onion, which she can now tolerate. Sleeping is getting better and better. For the last few weeks she needs immodium once a week, it then starts with waking up a few times with diarrhea. From the phenomenon of “focal infection,” we know that one inflammation takes the other with it, and activates it.
The starting point was the that intestine was still good, but the acting up joints (due to season, wearing or by stressing them more, because her energy has increased), a medicine aimed at the joint complaint was chosen.
Prescription:
Galphimia glauca C200. After this, the bowels calmed down, the hands improved, and the joints were completely over after a weekend of worse pain. The following year she continued to do well.
