Content: trimethylamine; odour of decaying fish, ammonia.
Dullness, yawning, lassitude, languor, heaviness, > eating.
Somnolence with deep inspirations and yawning.
Sexual desire increased; lost.
Sensation: full, wedge.
Desire: drinks, unusual thirst.
Food: > wine.
Sleep: somnolence; yawning.
Head: dullness, behind ears, going upward; pressure, left posterior parietal, then vertex; occiput sense of dullness coming in waves.
Ears: dull; as if muffled by an obstruction within, right.
Mouth: cold saliva, < night; tongue as if enveloped by saliva.
Lungs: lower lobe of right lung, as if some fluid wanted to discharge itself into the region of the duodenum.
Chest: fullness in chest in region of last ribs.
Abdomen: full; cooling; stitches in spleen, < walking; rumbling, griping.
Rectum: diarrhoea, sometimes attended with griping; constipation; external piles, haemorrhoids; urging frequent; stool soft.
Urinary: bedwetting; urine copious, offensive odour.
Female: menses scanty, absent; dysmenorrhoea, uterus cramps; uterus dislocation, heat; hard labour; infertility.
Back: pain < sitting, > bending backwards; pain pressing, weary, weak, wedge-like, lumbar, lower dorsal, beneath under right scapula, < sitting; pain spine of left scapula; lumbar; sensitive spot in back, in region of left hypochondrium, soon after belching; pain directly over spinous process of left scapula, as if pressed by two or three fingers.
Limbs: pain stitching, right knee, < walking; restless, < pricking pains; twitching, left forearm, < sitting still; jerking pain through left forearm like electric shocks but without muscular contraction, shoots from the forearm to the fingers; pain on inner side of left forearm, deep in; pain in middle of left radius, particularly severe in small spot; stitch in second joint of right index finger; pricking, restless legs, < evening, > motion, > jumping; pain in anterior inner side of left thigh; pain in right ankle; severe stitch from within outward.
