They feel they have to sustain and protect their family. This arises often in situations where things have gone wrong, where there is disease, fights and divorce or poverty. They are convinced that they have to do it, that they are responsible and that others expect them to be the central figure.
They feel responsible in a more general way for the world. They want to ameliorate the world, making it a better place for everyone. They cannot stand poverty or disease in the world.
